Have you ever seen either the Broadway play or the movie called "How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying?" I think it is hilariously funny (though dated) and the song "I Play It The Company Way" explains a lot about people like the TSMs, QAs, etc. You can get it on Amazon or maybe on Netflix, not sure. But it's funny!
