I don't know for sure, but I do know we are supposed to be paid a time and a half for OT and holiday pay. So I am thinking the labor board had something to do with making them change that. Don't quote me on this though. I don't know what it is going to change about it. I hope it changes to the time and a half. I thought it was strange that we only got 20% extra.
