If MTSOs are going to take money from us for mistakes that we make... - should it not stand to reason....

....that they should pay us extra when we find and correct a critical error that VR or the physician makes, like a wrong medication, wrong dosage, wrong demographics, or wrong lab value?  And yes, I know it'll NEVER happen, but I can dream, can't I?
