I have been working for Phoenix for about a year and a half now and I absolutely love it. Yes, they are totally flexible, at least on my account. They are strictly IC. I make my own hours and no one has ever bothered me the entire time I have worked there. I do more than my fair share of lines and make a very decent living there. They only have straight typing accounts, no VR editing.
