When they were doing all that number-juggling, they forgot to multiply by the lack of work and divide by the ESL dictators.
Otherwise, all they did was take their overestimated line counts and divide by 300 and 150 (which are just a tiny bit beyond a reasonable range) until they got a "reasonable" amount of hours per pay period.
Just my 2 cents, which is about all I can afford at these rates. . .
