There is nothing on Exponent and no email yet stating these facts. My fact, no health insurance, no me...I work already as an IC and make a lot more per line...and they are honest people in the US. They can as IC require a certain amount of lines per contracted period, but they CANNOT have you scheduled and if they have documented tiers, that is really close to an employee structure...I suspect that all the 'structure' will then slowly be taken away...it just prolongs the inevitable and allows them to staff up in India to man all the accounts.
