Can anyone tell me how to jump on board with this class action suit? Last week I was down 17, yes 17 hours of no work and I could only make up a part of those hours and lost the rest to unpaid leave. Like others, I am having to work 13 hours to make an 8 hour day. When they request us to check back every 30 minutes, we are supposed to be paid report time. Today I am going to spend the remainder of the day updating my resume and applying for other companies or even applying for something that is totally not transcription. I am also filing a complained to the labor board...
