I am sure they looked at numbers and the new goal is way higher than the majority will be able to accomplish without being off-the-clock, which I am SURE they will be watching closely....it is way above the industry standard and obviously the clients do not care any more about account specifications or errors, which we had to adhere to, as they are gone from the work produced. No one is watching, so things are just running rampant and NOT in our direction.
