Imedx - question about this letter from . (sm) - Curious about something

He said something about it not being standard for IMedx. Is there anyone here who did not work for TT or SG or any of the others that were gobbled up, that just worked for IMedx - if so, can you tell us what their standard was/is?? Many of us are having a hard time getting through the weekend. I'm not one of them, but if I were full time and still supporting a family, I would be.
