QA busted them. All insignificant errors got one point and patient endangerment 3 points. That was a surprise and unfair. The hospitals don't have to pay if a company does not deliver what is in the contract, but an error can be counted as significant or insignificant and all errors should not be counted significant. Don't know who was responsible for this, but it caused companies to close. One supe said it was AHDI. Perhaps they think it will help us compete with overseas if the QA is tough enough.
