Most companies that were 'in the beginning' were near retirement age and VR was a way for all hospitals to save money and lay off all in-house workers and go strictly to services. Monopoly and VR with the Dragon and offshoring won. The government gives them also kickbacks for 'foreign trade.' They classify all that has gone on as 'good business.' Heard that the offers were too good to refuse when you are approaching retirement.
