They have always had ways of tracking and now especially with the computer and clocking when you enter a job and when you finish. It a production job, yet factory workers are paid better and have better benefits and to compare the 2, you would have 1 dictator to do repetitiously day in and day out, and the same report, same diagnosis. Might be better working on an assembly line and have a union.
