I was docked down to 0.07 cents, yes they did allow that at one point, because the doctor INSISTED I send two reports to QA. He dictated for the them to be sent to QA. Nuance didn't care that I followed doctor's directions or their rules. Due to the number of lines I QA'd over 10%. Then recently the doctor stopped midsentence and changed a medication and I was docked for not leaving both medications even though he reviewed report later and my version was right.
