Among the TSMs. Mine has sent many emails stating we are absolutely not allowed to flex outside of our shift without prior approval. She only works regular business days/hours, so there is never anyone to ask for approval to work outside of shift. She has never sent any info on these POCs, so while some are able to just flex and make up time/lines whenever, there are those who are unable to do so. How can they hold everyone to the same production standards when the TSMs don't follow a consistent set of policies?
