I worry about it because it affected me, personally! It was and is illegal for Alpha to hire IC's to work on VA accounts...and they probably continue to. I had the DOL contact me and wasted a ton of time on it, probably for nothing to have happened to them. What I do know is that they sold out TO AN MTSO and did not even tell their contractors. I found out doing my own homework after calling IT and finding out that had somehow moved to India! IF you worked in that situation and did not have a problem with that, there is a problem with you. They legally need or needed to be paying their employees, as the VA requires, an hourly rate and never have or did and own me a TON of money!
