Due to getting 90% ESLs and every report being from a different hospital there are days I can barely reach 150 lph. To tell you the truth I am surprised they even offer the extra 10 an hour. Why not at least give us a raise every once (not just 0.03% but a real RAISE) and a while then maybe there would be less of a backlog.
