How many MTs read these posts that work for MM? Obviously by the number at the top, not that many. I have never seen more than 250, maybe close to 300 once, but it is nothing, compared to the 1000's that work in this field and for MM.
I love your idea and somehow I hope we can all spread the word with people we know who work for MM as well, but do not necessarily come here.
Yes the do-gooders, but they can't do it all, even though MM might think they can.
Again, this is their doing with mismanagement and poor treatment of their employees. I wonder how many MTs have quit because of that and they can't replace them? I hope it is a lot.
As for me, I work like that all the time. I cannot bring myself to stress about this place or feel pressured into doing more. They can hang their so-called incentive; too little, too late, as far as I am concerned. You lost me long ago to your mistreatment of me. I won't lift a finger to help out.
Give me a decent wage and fair treatment and I will rise to the occasion, but not the way it is now.
