if you don't know that then you haven't been in this field very long. Just because there are jobs on the system that they did not transcribe does not mean they were meant for their MTSO. I work for a company where one account is transcribed by 5 different MTSOs because it is so large and my backup account is transcribed by 3 different MTSOs. Oh, I can tell by their verbiage what MTSO they are talking about...
