One of these days when Nuance is down under we should all come together for a class action lawsuit. We don't get paid for checking the header or changing things that need to be changed and yet that's part of our job description. So if the speaker has unknown patient in the header or patient information doesn't match what's dictated, we're supposed to fix that and if not, I believe that's a major error? or if service date in header is incorrect, that's also a major error and decreases pay. Yet, if we do fill in the right service date, we don't get paid for it. Unfair. (The class action lawsuit would be for the unpaid part of job description of checking and fixing the header.)
