The fingerprinting can be done at a police station - they prefer electronic fingerprinting however, which only happens when you get arrested! Ironic. Box Monkey has the capability of doing electronic fingerprinting and they have to send it to the main VA office .... it's pretty easy really, had to re-do mine this year cos they couldn't find them. Gotta love the gov.
