The "M" stands for Monster and I mean monster. It should be a D for the devil himself.
You have six months to find another job and I suggest you start looking now and find something and if you have to quit the job you have, then quit and tell them why, that you have been forewarned about what a horrible company M*Modal is and that their work is going to suffer from it, because they send it to India and they treat their MTs like dirt.
Don't even give MM consideration for one second, don't talk to them and if you do, reiterate the negativity you have heard and/or read about them. Those recruiters are not MTs by any stretch of the imagination and they will promise you the moon and money. If they do that and you are still considering selling yourself down the river, get it in writing and have a lawyer look at it.
