Ortho - word in xray result - sm

Posted: Jan 07, 2014

Dictated: X-ray of the right hip demonstrates solid union with additional remodeling. Fracture lines are no longer visible.

_____ s/l "high-roy" position is unchanged.

Patient's diagnosis is status post ORIF of intertrochanteric fracture and subsequent subtrochanteric fracture.

I suppose it could be "however,".... but it does not sound like all the other "howevers" that come out of his mouth.

Any ideas ? thanks!

nm - "hardware position" - OP

Dipsy-doodle reigns supreme!

high-roy - ari

high-riding? Can you look at a previous report and see how it was described there?

I got my own answer in a later dictation - it was "hardware" position

I, the original poster ("OP"), made the second post replying to my own question, to let people know it was resolved.

But thank you for taking the time to help out. That was nice of you :)
