well, Achilles is lower leg, spine is in the body core - hmmm

It sounds like a list rather than the last s/l being related to the spine.

First is Achilles lengthening, then incomplete spinal cord injury and then lastly the s/l deformity.

If the s/l is related to the spine, I wonder about it being related to equinus.

would be of the foot and would make sense if the patient had a spinal cord injury with spasticity. The first word is most likely acquired (meaning not congenital) rather than required.

Another guess could be acquired spinal (or spinous) deformity.
