We are losing home phone services (me), cars (others I know), children's health coverage (yet others I know), facing homelessness (me and at least 2 others I know of) and the HR person in all her infinite wisdom sends out a report we "should" listen to on our own time because the company won't pay for these 'trainings' about make-up pay, so that we might at least pretty please, pretty please, master, may I at least take home minimum wage? In Indiana, $7.25 whopping cents!

Her brilliance is simply stunning. So is Nuance.

I clock in and work, clock out. If they want me to listen to "training" crap or "Info" crap and - chuckle here - look at Fiesa - well, then PAY ME for it. I have a life. The 8 hours I put in making a crappy check is enough for me.

I was feeling for you until you went catty on someone who gave you a good piece of advice.

If you want to be a "truth teller" then you should go to the people who can do something about what you have to say, not waste your time posting here. (not too busy packing to post on this site, are you?)

Also, since you didn't seem to realize, no one can see you email address on your post... so it doesn't matter one bit if you use your real email address or not.

I also don't see how you think using your real email address on an anonymous MT website is going to help you in any way with your troubles at Nuance, or your ongoing financial issues.

Every so often an Heart rate round table is sent out (that is what they call it). It is for informational/educational purposes and it is not mandatory to listen to, therefore, there is nothing to report. The options are if you are interested in the topic or want to no more, listen to it. If one could care less, if one decides that they want to give Nuance no more of their than time than necessary, or whatever, it is quite simple to simply delete the e-mail.

According to recording, MUP for one year - for all employees

is $1.3 million. The Nuance CEO makes $37 mil a year.

You can see the discrepancy there that even paying EVERY SINGLE MT minimum wage is significantly less than this one moron's salary. And, as an added little bonus, we are threatened if we get MUP pay.

The catch to this is that Nuance makes sure no one earns above MUP. How are they going to pay the CEOs and the other big suits salaries if in fact they have to give a bonus out? Oh the irony!
