FIESA games used to downsize - Convenient for Nuance

So, I'm not really asking for a show of hands here, but have you been "moved" in the last 2, 3 weeks or so to a hospital account in the upper northwest part of the country that is rather a booger-bear to learn? It is INTENTIONAL, you will be FIESA'd to death if you are not already. (You were likely told that they need you there because it is a difficult account to keep staffed, at least that is what they told the last person). Just warning you.

Be on the lookout for that one planted blank because that's how many the account allows. Many MDs slip it right in there, others kind of stumble around with it, a few MDs are a dead give-away about it.  

Things to watch out for: 

medication allergies to prescribed medications (we should be RNs to do this job)

left versus right discrepancies

labs stated differently from one paragraph to another

age differences

height and weight that do not calculate to the stated BMI (yes, you actually have to calculate this) 

in the sleep reports by the doctor that talks so fast with a mouth full of mush... be on the lookout for percentages that do not add up to 100% and different "minutes" or numbers of apneas, hypopneas, RERAs from one paragraph to the other. He is also famous for requesting one montage directly after stating this is another type of report (these must be flagged). 

Gravidas and paras that are not possible. 

Odd dosages for medications, especially the mg v mcg but also inflated amounts (this would be a HUGE point error)
