CBay Systems Holdings Limited is looking for acquisition opportunities. The company aims to become a $1-billion company and shift nearly half its work to India in the next two years. After acquiring Spheris, CBayâ��s revenues increased to $500 million. CBay aims to grow at 20% year-on-year and plans to look for more acquisition opportunities after completing integration with Spheris. CBayâ��s Vice-Chairman and CEO Raman Kumar said. â��We are now completely geared up to grow the company, both organically and inorganically, to achieve $1-billion revenue. Transferring work to India is a critical part of the strategy.â�� He added: â��We are also looking at expanding our offerings in markets like physician management for hospitals and IT infrastructure outsourcing.
