KOLKATA: CBay Systems — a leading healthcare BPO, that services nearly 40% of the US hospital market — is looking to become a $1-billion company and shift nearly half its work to India in the next two years.

This comes within days of CBay acquiring a bankrupt clinical documentation firm Spheris in the US, which, in turn, has increased CBay’s revenues to $500 million.

READ THE ARTICLE!  I cannot believe I am actually helping this company out by keeping it intact, keeping it in line, keeping it from having so many late jobs and then to transfer all my work to India.  Cannot wait for school to be overwith.  I believe we have 2 years and there will be a huge difference with Medquist.  We have a carrott waving at us in the face all the time and soon there will be no carrott and no job.  If you want to stay put with Medquist and be one of the lucky few to still work for this company to keep it alive for India, then you better have your CMT, be a level 3 and willing to work all ESLs and work odd shifts because all this work will be done by India.   We knew about this before and was told this would happen, but it WILL BE HAPPENING SOON.
