MedQuist is supposed to be participating in H&R Block W2 Early Access, too. That allows any H&RB tax pro access to your W2, providing you have released it and sent it to their web site. When I checked with the Early Access page, it says my employer participates in the program but the W2 isn't available yet. Wonder what they're waiting for ? The 31st is tomorrow. I left there last July and I'm waiting on mine. Actually talked to Ultipro and their customer service people say they don't do anything wiht the W2s, all they do is manufacture the software. MedQuist handles all the processing. Supposedly MedQuist, as of Jan. 24 2012 has changed it's company name to M-Modal b/c of it's acquisition of other companies. Who knows? I just want my W2.

I want mine, too. I read where you can print them, but I do not have a printer, mine died and I cannot afford another one. I also love it when we get updates for our CP and they say to print it. This is the first time I have ever needed money this bad. You would think because of our crap wages they would have sent them out ASAP. They have to do it anyway, what is the delay?

Told MQ a long time ago that if they want me to print anything they have to send me a printer, paper and cartridges. I do have a printer which is hooked up to my Mac and is for my personal use. The number of duties and expenses they expect us to perform/incur without compensation is outrageous.

I just need to vent. I am an IC who is supposed to get paid every week by my employer. Her checks were on time at first, then 1 day later, 2 days later, 3 days later, etc. I went on vacation for 1 week. During that time frame, she even emailed me to see if I was providing my usual weekend coverage. She never replies to my IM, e-mail or phone calls. I decided to look how many hours left in PTO and it was deducted today because I used some PTO on this paycheck that should have been deposited in my account yesterday morning. I think that is good news? Payroll doing their job? Maybe it means paychecks should be in our accounts in pending mode which should be deposited first and then deductions taken out next. I thought I found a good company to work for until I got a two returned checks from them in the mail. The first time I thought mistakes can be made but AGAIN my check was returned. That really upsets me because I work hard for this company and they give me a bad check. There is no excuse for doing this to an employee.
