Have to say, have been with this company for over 2 years and have always found QA helpful and informative. Today; however, I ran into my first "smart %&^%". I am sure they have a lot of work and attitudes to deal with, but.... I am sure sarcastic remarks will come back to bit this person in the butt at some point. Their function is to assist the MTs in making an accurate report for the customers, pointers and assistance are great. Ridicule, not so much.

Just felt it was better to vent here than reply to this QA person's "comments".

their identity. Which of course, gives them free rein to be as snotty as they want, any time they want. As a result, I rarely read my QA reviews, I mostly just delete 'em.

Out of the blue popping up seemingly overnight just a week or so ago, I too ran into a seemingly barbed wire fence masquerading as QA. Been at WMX over 3 years and I can honestly say this was the FIRST nasty QA experience I have had with the company. Now I'm very curious and a bit dismayed wondering if others have had a similar experience recently???

The CM people were all Transhealth. They'll probably tell you there's nothing wrong with or different about their side of the company. Not so, IMO. I see a huge difference in the way they treat people there versus the original team on Webmedx Enterprise. Report them. If that doesn't work, go up the food chain. I wish Webmedx had never bought that company. Things seemed to change for the worse when they did.

time you have the opportunity, you are slamming the manager.

And if you are the person who wrote that post about us moving over and being mean/rude (whatever), thanks a lot, what a nice welcome. And that's cool, at least I know what I'm dealing with as far as coworkers go.

A complainer here is not representative of "what I'm dealing with as far as coworkers go." We've never had QA who were anything but totally professional, or if we did never knew it, and that is how it needs to continue.

Good luck with that. I've seen too many complaints about management to believe that it's one or two disgruntled individuals or even the minority opinion.

Well, now I finally have a word that describes how I feel when I'm starving myself on yet another diet... that "I'm irritable, don't mess with me unless you have a miracle food I can eat, if I drink another glass of water I'll puke, oh geez I need to pee again" feeling. Diety. I like it. :)

You apply for jobs and you can sense the "Tude" through the E-mails - if they are kind enough to send you one! 35+ years experience and they act like you are just off the boat to Transcription Land. I have been seeing my PA every three months right after my cardiologist for congestive heart failure. He prescribes my meds and communicates with my cardiologist during my checkup. He's a pretty nice guy who really cares about his patients, and his nurses are awesome. However, his receptionist is rude and unprofessiional. I've had it with our rude TSM so I just sent an e-mail to HR about them. Ten weeks ago I put in a request for PTO to attend a family wedding this weekend and sent them an e-mail.
