Does anyone transcribe for Meridian account in NJ. If so, what are your feelings, love it, hate it, any input at all . . . I have plenty input if anyone wants to discuss

I did for all of 2 weeks before I decided I had enough and that the job wasn't a good match. I had some pretty good dictators and some pretty crappy ones, but the worst part of all was the micromanagement. I couldn't even breathe without them commenting on it.

I am fortunate that I have been MT for quite a while, so I do have experiences to compare. I guess I 'kinda' was thinking say it isn't so, thus reaching out for some opinions, but, well, I guess it is so :( tyvm, such a relief to hear from you.

This account has me fed up. I have changed my schedule multiple times trying to find an 8-hour shift where they are offloading work. The dictators aren't bad. It's just one minute no work, next minute they send out an SOS. Then the leads get upset if you don't get your 8-hours in! Geesh!

Is this common practice? I've worked for them for 7 years and now they are cutting our pay? Is anyone else having trouble getting work at Meridian? Looking through the archives, it seems some have plenty and others very little, though the couple with plenty was a few months ago. It seems the accounts have been on extended holiday since xmas, then New Year's, then Easter, then July 4th, it's never-ending.
