I have heard too many times where a hospital is outsourcing their transcription department and you must take the job with the MTSO, and you cannot get unemployment benefits if you don't take the job. I am pleased to say I have found an open door to a job opportunity that is outside of MT work. It is a job that will utilize my experience in healthcare and my medical terminology.
