Did anyone get their paycheck yet at SoftScript? - MT

Just wondering if anyone has received their paycheck yet for the pay period ending 10/15/09 for SoftScript? I am waiting to receive mine by mail, and so far it's not showing up in Paychex. Thanks for any info : )

I have not received my paycheck either for that payperiod. My previous paycheck also from pay period ending 10/01 also just got to me as it wa "lost in the mail". So I am getting a little concerned about this.

I also agree that this is unacceptable. I have been looking for another job to supplement but have not found anything quite yet. I am getting increasinly frustrated and concerned about this lately, and rightly so. I have had no complaints about SS until just the last maybe 4-5 weeks, so not sure what is going on.

I would file a complaint with the LABOR BOARD, too. - Nonpayment of workers is illegal.

Per the employment papers, they have 5 business days to get payroll completed. It will probably be direct deposited tomorrow for those of you have that. They have never been late with checks. However, if you look, the pay period ended on Thursday. They cannot run payroll in 1 day. Therefore it will probably take last Friday, Monday and today to finish it up (this is only 3 business days so they still have 2 more they could use). I love it when people post this kind of stuff becuase if you have been with them a while, I sure bet you would not gripe about all the times you were paid 1-2 days early which is more common for them.

I am actually referring to payperiod 09/16 to 10/01, not 10/02-10/15. I have not received my paycheck from the previous payperiod, not just this recent one. Also, I only just received my paycheque from 09/02-09/15. Yes, they do have 5 business days to process payroll, which usually they are good at maintaining - but the last 2 payperiods have not been like this. I have been with SS for 2-1/2 years and have never had a problem with them making payment, but when it happens like this for 2 payperiods in a row, it is concerning - I am not ready to jump ship on them by any means, as I have no complaints about SS - but it is unacceptable with regards to the previous payperiod.

My check from 10/01 was deposited in my account on 10/05, so it was not late. My direct deposit for this pay period is showing to be going into my account tonight. When checks are mailed you are dealing with the postal service. I once mailed a letter from one town to another (12 miles between them) that took 3 weeks to get there! But I understand getting frustrated too.

I do get my cheques mailed to me, which yes you are dealing with postal service too. However, the replacement cheque I got from the cheque that was lost in the mail was dated 10/08 and I got that replacement cheque before I got the one that should be dated 10/05. So, as you can see, that is a little confusing as I should have gotten the 10/05 one first. Just frustrating and concerning is all. Glad yours was on time though! Direct deposit would be available to me but I would have to open a US bank account and there are too many fees at my bank to take the money out and put it into my Canadian bank account, so just choose to get it by mail. But, nevertheless, guess we have to take the good with the bad!

this is the second time my check was waaaay low than what I usually receive. I don't know what is going on. Just wanted to say that I just looked at my bank account as I got pad yesterday. What a nightmare. I will have a horrible weekend now because of that. Last year I made $13,000 for the year with MT, down from $26,000 the year before, and down from $40,000 back in the good old days. Finally happened. My husband's 32/hr/wk WalMart check was more than mine today. How degrading is that? Big decision day today. Do I walk and spend 40 hours a week looking for a better job, which wouldn't take much? I have tried everything to get my ASR production up. There is no way, at 40% less a line than full transcription rate, that I can even make a difference. So, so depressed today. Don't know what to do. ...

As an ex-Transcender/now Nuance employee (ugh!), we used to be able to see what our paycheck would be two days in advance by logging onto ADP and checking our "pay statements" from the home page. On the "new" ADP per Nuance, it seems that is not available any more. Has anyone had any luck seeing their pay statements on the new downloaded site or know where to go? Thanks! ...
