There hasn't been much work lately, so everyone is online just waiting to get work. You cannot skip jobs any longer, all you can do is sign out and then either wait for something else or go back and it is still there. You have to take your chances.
I think your PMS got out of control, completely understand though.
I struggled through a report last night that was unbelievable and I kept thinking they don't pay me enough to put up with this garbage.
