A lot of companies know exactly who the cherry pickers are, these are the favorites of the company, and they are allowed to cherry pick. The company I work for even lets people opt out of editing Operations!! We don't even get paid more for them and get docked when we don't reach the minimum line quotas per pay period!! It's so ridiculous! Especially in my case where I am actually really good at ESL and OPS so I'm almost always doing the harder work!!! Same thing, if there is a bunch of easy work coming up, it disappears so fast!! We can tell when they return work and they always return the hardest work!! It's so wrong!!!!
