FT to PT - UE question

I was FT and just moved to PT. I think this question is probably one that's individual to each state, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any difficulty collecting UE if they meet their hours. For example, if I'm scheduled PT now at 25 hours and I work all 25 hours, would I still be able to collect UE since this move to PT was because of the pandemic? HDSM says she has heard that is the case for others in this situation (of which there are many apparently).
