I will say this... I worked 21.89 hours ... i applied for UE the end of the last pay period. I received a letter in the mail this week that said "this statement is being provided to inform you that after all routine deductions were made and FIT withheld, the balance payable to you for the compensable week(s) listed is zero. Therefore, no benefit check is being issued for this claim."
Yeah, I only worked 21.89 hours from full-time 40 hours, and GET NOTHING!!! It's BS! if I would have known this ahead of time, I would never have applied and just kept rescheduling my hours until I got my time in!!
