Workforce Work Availability. Help! - Does it work? Posted: Jul 21st, 2018 - 6:11 pm
I absolutely cannot get the Work Availability for NJA to work. I get to the leave request page, and everything seems okay. It shows the hours I clicked as affected. I enter those hours in the request leave page, the pay code and click + to add it. All looks good at this point. Then, I click next and on the next page, it says that I have indicated 0 hours affected and the amount of leave requested, plus the boxes showing the hours affected have gone back to blue.
Am I doing something wrong? What am I missing? I have watched the video, followed the instructions as I go, but I cannot get it to do what is expected. I am sick of this and I have spent way too much time on this Work Availability feature.
