I know with my account the health system is doing away with needing MTs at all. Their providers are going straight to Dragon, meaning they speak directly into the EHR, I think, and we don't edit it. I can imagine it looks like a mess and I wonder about future lawsuits. Maybe they do have some quality control though. Also where I live locally a big health system just went to Epic and the doctor just types into the EHR themselves. Some hospitals have scribes.
