socre is based on lines, not 100 minus error, so a short report with 1 very minor error will score you down miserably. They ding you for "the" "an," stupid stuff like that. Maybe they are trying to justify their jobs, who knows? Forget about disputing any of the scoring because you never get replies and all you hear about is how busy the OM is. This place is worse than Nuance if you can believe that.
