I think it is easy. I don't use any shortcuts but I know some MTs do. VR learns so once it has done the doc a few times it picks up key phrases, but it's like all VR, ___ in the beginning. You are responsible for filling in all demographics. You do review account specifics but once you get used to accounts you don't do it as often. Hope this helps.
