With Patient First if you accept the job, then you have training that they fly you to VA for. The very first day you are there, you are tested again and if you fail, you go straight home, no job. I have NOT gone through with Patient First even though I was "hired". So, if you fail testing, you have already said No to IMEDX, so thus no job at all. And I HAVE seen posts on here of people flying and failing, so really something to think about.
