Pay aside, I find it hard to understand how/why any company can have such different values when it comes to treatment/management of their US division and their Australian division. It's okay to treat those employees by How does Imedx corporate justify treating US so poorly while Imedx Australia is run as a "stand up" establishment? Why the variation? Does Australia have laws that prevent Imedx Aus from raping (figuratively) their emoloyees?
