not just "if you do not like it, leave," which is prevalent everywhere. When I worked for a group of cardiologists, if there was something that you did not like, you could talk to the office manager and someone cared enough to listen and make it better if they could. Nowadays, if you don't like it, get out because there will be some other desperate soul to take your seat. For the record, I am allowed to gripe and point out things that are not rosy without leaving. I do not believe that people's voices have to be silenced, happy or not happy.
