It's been a while, so I'd be afraid to recommend a site to you. However, I'm just thinking--whoever you might be working for may have a list for you! I'm guessing that at least they'll have someone training you on their software, so maybe that person can help you out, if not the actual employer.
I had 15 years of varied acute care when I made the transition, and it was only a lot of the abbreviations that were foreign to me. All the internal disease stuff, cancer terminology, infectious diseases, internal anatomy, etc., was familiar to me and I had no problems.
Good luck! I'm sure someone will sit with you a bit on the phone for a while. At least I would hope so.
