If your employment has been terminated you may apply for TAA and they will send you a TA720 form which you must return within 7 days.
Apparently, anyone who has been terminated should be notified by DOA (and apparently our employer, but really, would that happen?) of this petition being certified, but I imagine the fact we are spread all over the country presents some problems.
Anyway, if you have been laid off you can call the below number and find out about it and get the form mailed to you.
