If you have good cause for leaving, i.e., no work, you could probably collect UE after quitting.
What are you making when you have no work? Nothing.
Take that nothing and look high and low for other work or for vocational (retraining) programs sponsored by your state.
You're worried about health insurance? Healthcare.gov is still operational and premiums are peanuts compared to what you're paying at Nuance.
As soon as you are done with Nuance, you will feel so much better about everything in your life. It's as if a dark curtain is lifted and the light is there just waiting to lead you to something good.
