So the powers that be thought any mom, mother or mommy would possess the necessary job skills. So out of touch even back then. Screaming kids in the background do not bode well with doing a very difficult demanding job with the utmost of precision, experience and professionalism. They have always down played the inherent skill set of this profession and thus the low pay.
