Upgrading version of Word for Editscript V11 - Lisa

I get an error message when I try to install an upgrade of Word 2007 that it cannot find a file on my C drive. I bought 2 different versions, 2007 and than an upgrade to 2007 from 2003 and neither one will install. Any Ideas how I can get the 2007 to install? Thank you.
