On stage 1 PM for low lph due to factors out of my control -- Time-eating dictation practices of speed talkers, mumblers, repeatedly deleting sentences/paragraphs or asking me to go up and down in the report finding sentences and amending or changing sentences, horrible audio, horrible accents, etc.
