I had several years of acute care experience when I decided to switch companies. (FYI: I always had excellent audits at the "old" company.) I tested for a company and did 5 or 6 transcriptions, and I am quite certain I did well. I never heard back from them as to how I tested and if I had the job. Not a peep.
So, beware. Next time you test, it could be just getting some free transcription out of you.
